Shari is an experienced speaker and thought leader on sustainability. Her recent book, Climb the Green Ladder: Make Your Company and Career More Sustainable, Wiley, includes extensive research among hundreds, including sustainability leaders and employees from Fortune 500 companies such as Campbell Soup Company, HP, IKEA, Microsoft, Office Depot, United States Post Office and Walmart. Her work showcases the 6 key themes that underpin effective sustainability strategies and highlights real-life case studies to ensure employees apply sustainability principles at their workplaces.

Shari is passionate about fostering collaborative relationships between consumers, companies, non-profits and the media, to ensure all voices have a role in improving the impact of business on society and society on business.
